I founded Red Panda Event Solutions for a straightforward, honest reason: I want to spend more time with clients, so that you get the most value from your events.

After 15 years in the industry, I have realised that I work best when I am a partner, not just another line item on a service sheet.

My Approach I don’t do corporate fluff. I am straightforward and to the point. If you work with me, you’re getting someone who is involved in the entire process, from the first spark of a strategy to the final pack-down. My goal is always to make the event better for you, finding the solutions that others might miss and treating your business goals as my own.

From the Ground Up

Red Panda Event Solutions is built on nearly two decades of experience, loving what I do, and genuinely caring about my clients.

The Early Days: I started at 17, spending my holidays doing promotional work and learning how people actually interact with brands on the ground.
The Hard Graft: I spent years as a full-time freelancer in experiential marketing. I started at the bottom and earned my way up through the ranks—from Assistant Event Manager to Lead Event Manager.
The Industry Link: I moved into supplying elite event teams and running operations for industry leaders like BNB Neon, before transitioning into full-time senior roles for major sector leaders within Experiential, Corporate Events, Exhibitions and Temporary Event Structures.

I’m straightforward and to the point. I don’t do fluff, and I don’t pretend that a viral video about a squirrel is a lesson in leadership.

I’m not just a service provider; I’m a partner who cares about the strategy and the result. I work hard because that’s how I’m built, and I expect the events I run to be as direct and effective as I am.

Beyond just liking them (if you don’t like red pandas, we might have a problem!).

To be honest, I just like them. They have red hair, they hate the heat, and they’re ridiculously cute. I’m a big supporter of Red Panda conservation, and as this business grows, so will my support for the charities that protect them.

My long-term goal is to use my event expertise to support these organisations directly, helping to protect the animal that gave my business its name.

Proof: A valid digital or physical adoption certificate from the Red Panda Network, Marwell, ZSL, or similar reputable charity must be presented.
Validity: The adoption must be active at the time of the project booking.
Discount: The 5% discount applies to the "Management Fee" or "Labour" element of the first project only (it doesn't apply to pass-through costs like third-party rentals or venue fees—I’m generous, but I’m not paying your electric bill!).
One-off: Valid for new clients on their first project with Red Panda Event Solutions.
